Guided Wellness Care
Whole-Person Support for Body, Mind & SpiritI don’t offer one-time sessions or long-term coaching contracts. Healing doesn’t happen that way. What I offer is guided wellness companionship—care you can step into when you’re ready, pause when needed, and return to as life changes. |
A Note on Commitment. There are no contracts and no pressure.
This is care designed for real people living real lives.
Begin where you are.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Readiness often comes after support begins. Curiosity is enough.
Is this coaching?
Not in the traditional sense. This is wellness care focused on education, relationship, and whole-person support—without rigid programs or platforms.
Do I have to commit long-term?
No. There are no contracts. You choose when to begin, pause, or return.
What if I fall off or miss sessions?
That’s part of real life. This model is designed to meet you where you are—not punish inconsistency.
How often do we meet?
That depends on your needs and capacity. Some clients meet biweekly, others monthly, and some check in periodically.
What if I feel overwhelmed easily?
Then you’re in the right place. My approach is intentionally gentle and paced.
Is this therapy?
No. While emotional and mental wellness are supported, this is not clinical therapy. When appropriate, licensed professionals may contribute through workshops or group discussions.
How do sessions take place?
By phone, voice note, Zoom, or small group gatherings—whatever feels most supportive and least overwhelming.
Is this faith-based?
Spiritual wellness is offered as reflection, grounding, and inner alignment. Faith-based practices are always optional and client-led.
